Congratulations to Jack Evans who's recent request to USA Cycling for upgrade was granted without question. This is due to Jack's outstanding proformance last year in many races.
Jack's upgrade will insure that he will be permitted to compete at will in open Masters fields for the remainder of his cycling career (most masters mass-start road events require a minimum catigory IV qualification).
Jack is only one upgrade away (roughly ten races) from general qualifications for Naitonal Masters Championships! (Catigory III or higher is required to enter Nationals)
