Good turnout for Team Hill Repeats!

Tuesday night saw a total of eight Crew riders show up for Rogers hill repeat workout!  Fantastic!  This group met at the Somerset Vision Center and rode 6 miles out to Haynes Knob and proceeded to climb the one mile hill a total of five times!  The ride out and back was very nice and fast. The hill climbs were burtal but the entire time, I just knew it was exactly what I have been needing - a good,hard-core max effort to wake my legs back up!

The really exciting story regarding tonight's ride was the fact that Jenney Denney inadvertently attacked the crew on the way back into town and put several of our male riders in jeopardy of being dropped!  Jenney is getting very strong and we are so pleased to have a female rider riding so well!

Some 2007 Statistics and 2008 Sponsorship Information

The 2007 Racing Year is quickly approaching an end.  We still have a total of nine events between now and September 15, and this is not including any multi-sport events that I have no information on. We are working on others as well.
